Description In order to meet the customer’s demand for high-end large hair extension packaging boxes, we and the customer jointly launched this creative wig packaging. Through our consultation with the customer’s designer, the wig elements are directly displayed on the front, side, back, and inside of the box. Consumers can be attracted by the pattern without opening the package, and clearly understand the characteristics and usage of the product. In order to make the box strong enough, we use 1500g cardboard as the main raw material. The material thickness of the box reaches 2.5-3mm, which is very strong. At the beginning, the size requirements for the wig box were not very clear. We provided the customer with 3 box sizes, namely 263×160×63mm; 263×160×77mm; 263×203×102mm. We adjusted the customer’s design to fit these 3 sizes, and provided customized samples respectively. After receiving the wig packaging samples, the customer installed the product, checked the final effect, and finally made a choice.
